Creating an Engaging Brand Personality

Video transcript: Hey everyone this is Jared Brick, from Brick House Media Co and also the founder of ZenHustlers.com , GrypMedia, BlockChain Media, and a variety of other creative projects I want to talk with you today, dressed like this, with my fun hat on, about branding. Branding is really specific to your personality, a lot of people feel that you have to change your brand or disguise who you really are with your brand.

Now you get to decide what you want to do with your brand. As the creator of the online course, 'Break On Through', the thought leadership development program, we dive into a personal brand or a business brand. So if you are an Author, Speaker, a Coach or Consultant and you are using your own name as your business, you're going to want to identify your brand specifically and give it some personality.

How does it speak, what does it dress like, what does it sound like, what's the attitude, what's the emotion that you want people to feel when they engage with your personal brand? And it's okay to actually have fun with it, this is what I want to impress upon you today! You are allowed to let your own personality come through, or you can create a brand personality that aligns with what target audience you want to talk to. So get creative with your wardrobe, get creative with your hatwear, get creative with your jewelry, have fun, put on an accent if you really want to, have fun with your brand as long as it is authentic, it's real, it's credible, and builds trust with people in the area you speak to!

So if you are talking to high-end CEOs and you really want to get into those boardrooms and those CEO offices, you might want to wear a business suit. If you are trying to approach millennials and you want to be on TikTok and SnapChat, and all those other different channels you gotta identify your brand with those users.
