BHMC TERMS OF SERVICE:
BHMC will send you a fully detailed contract to be signed by all parties to begin any new custom service plans.
BHMC will identify pre-defined goals and target metrics required for our services including timelines and budgets will be clarified based on your needs.
BHMC collects a 'Deposit Retainer' to begin all services.
A deposit retainer is required to start any new project work ranges is based on the plan based on the service levels you select.
Payment Options
All consulting services must be paid online from invoices from Brick House Media Co (checks not taken)
Credit + debit cards are accepted via: PayPal.com and or Stripe
Please note a 3% fee may be added to all credit card/debit card payments
Invoices are sent out monthly or at the end of a term of work as completed, based on your project.
Full invoice payment is due on or within 3-5 business days upon receipt of invoice (we do not accept Net15, Net30, Net60 payment)
W-9 forms can be submitted for your tax expense records and accounting (above +$600 in service fees)
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any multimedia service contract, from either party involved.
